1. Definitions

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Your Obligations

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

koy800 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your KYC documentation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

If koy800 determines that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void your bonuses, confiscate any winnings derived from bonuses, and close your account without refund.

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your koy800 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding bonuses, fees, or obligations. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

11.2 Termination by koy800

koy800 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, void bets, and forfeit balances if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provided false or misleading information
• Initiated chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

In the event of account closure for Terms violation, koy800 is not obligated to refund any remaining balance, and all pending bets may be voided.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
